Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Roocast (the "Service"), operated by Roocast ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
Roocast provides software for cohort coaches and consultants to qualify applicants, route them to programs, and collect payments. We are a software provider — we do not provide coaching services to your clients, and we are not a party to the agreement between you and your clients.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for any activity under it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law or regulation;
- Run programs that solicit, defraud, or mislead applicants;
- Process payments for content or services prohibited by our payment provider's acceptable use policy or applicable law;
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
4. Subscription, billing, and trial
Roocast is sold on a monthly subscription. New accounts begin with a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider.
5. Applicant payments
When applicants pay you for a program, those payments are processed by our payment provider and settled to your linked bank account, less applicable gateway fees. We do not custody applicant funds.
6. Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Decisions about applicant refunds are between you and your applicant.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or place the Service or its users at risk.
8. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our aggregate liability to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
